Return & Exchange Policy

At Shahroonz, we value your satisfaction. Our goal is to make sure every customer is happy with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer an easy Return & Exchange Policy under the conditions listed below.


1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories attached.

We do not accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The product has been used, washed, or altered in any way.

  • The issue is based on personal preference (e.g., color shade difference, size chosen incorrectly).

  • The return request is made after 3 days of delivery.


2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our support team at info@shahroonz.com or WhatsApp at 0309-2477659 within 3 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and product pictures (if defective or damaged).

  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions via email or message.


3. Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or wrong.

  • We recommend using a reliable courier service to send back the product.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, shipping charges are non-refundable.


4. Exchange Process
  • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we’ll send you the replacement product.

  • If the desired size or product is out of stock, we will offer you an alternative product or a store credit equal to the product’s value.


5. Refunds (If Applicable)

Since our primary payment methods are Cash on Delivery and Bank Transfer, refunds (if approved) will be issued via Bank Transfer within 5–7 working days after product inspection.
Refunds will not include delivery or return shipping charges unless the item was damaged or wrong.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Discounted or sale items.

  • Accessories and hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., belts, wallets).


7. Product Condition on Return

Returned products must:

  • Be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Include all tags, manuals, and accessories.
    Items that fail inspection will be sent back to the customer without refund or exchange.
