At Shahroonz, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently across Pakistan. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle deliveries, timeframes, and related terms.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver orders all over Pakistan, including major cities and towns.
For remote or out-of-service areas, delivery times may vary or additional charges may apply.


2. Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Bank Transfer (Advance Payment)

All orders are shipped via reliable courier services such as TCS, Leopard, M&P, or similar trusted partners.


3. Processing Time
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.


4. Delivery Time
  • Major Cities: 2–4 working days

  • Other Areas: 3–7 working days
    Delivery time may vary depending on weather, courier workload, or public holidays.


5. Shipping Charges
  • Standard delivery charges are displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

  • For Cash on Delivery, courier charges may be slightly higher.

  • Free Shipping may be offered on promotional campaigns or orders above a certain amount (as announced on our website or social media).


6. Order Confirmation
  • Orders placed with Bank Transfer are confirmed once payment is received.

  • Cash on Delivery orders may be verified via phone call or WhatsApp before dispatch.

  • If we cannot verify an order, it may be cancelled without prior notice.


7. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID through SMS or email.
You can use this tracking number to check your delivery status on the courier’s website.


8. Delays or Issues

While we do our best to deliver on time, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier operational delays

  • Incorrect shipping address or unreachable phone number

If your order is delayed beyond the expected time, please contact our support team for assistance.


9. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged or any item is missing, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@shahroonz.com or contacting 0309-2477659.
We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
